I was drawn to Personal Training as seeing people succeed in their goals is one the most rewarding parts of my life. As a mature Personal Trainer I listen to my clients targets, then identify the activities that will greatest help them achieve their goals, within a structured well-managed schedule.

I have my own Private studio gym in Gilston, CM20 2RB
Classes are held daily as well as 1-2-1 and small group training
I also offer mobile and online training.
Training plans both gym and home plans can be written for your bespoke needs and the equipment you own. These Start from £25 for a 4 week program and can be designed for Whole body, Upper or lower. depending on your goals you wish to achieve . These are ideal for people that cant afford personal training or do not live locally.
